Do you know the muffin man

This is also a delish muffin I ate at Cafe O 42 just outside where I work. It was the bomb.

Orange Cranberry Yogurt Muffin

It's up to you New York, New York…

Well, I've made the move to New York and have finally gotten settled in. It's odd being in a place so completely different than what I know, but there is no doubt that I like the change.

I've experience the subway, which boggles my mind and I have no idea how it works. I just know that I have to get on the F train for work, and if I ever have to get on the G I besta haul ass to get it because it's so short.

It is in fact blistering hot here and one thing I was lacking was air conditioning in the apartamento. Nevertheless, after a intense zumba class at the gym, Mollie and I made the hike to Home depot and got a window air unit because it was becoming unbearable and July and August aren't even here yet.

Running through Prospect Park is pretty awesome. I love how active everybody is here. It makes me start to realize a completely new way of living life. I like it here.

I also am waiting for someone to get hit by a taxi, pedestrians here are aggressive.

For now i'll just be depending on my iphone for step by step instruction and doing my best to blend in.

Stay Tuned…

I have something to tell you...

One of the biggest struggles of life that I've come across is answering the question, how do I get there? And the thing is it doesn't have to be based off one issue or the next. It can be related to so many things I stumble upon. Depending on where you want to live, what you want to do, how you want to be. I personally have big lifetime goals for myself, and you can call me selfish but most of them are brought to the top of the list before "starting a family". Shocked? Doubt it. I feel like in my life I've been one to do my own thing. Deviate from the main plan or status quo of what I "should" do.

I'll get there...maybe.

I look up to every single person around me (that isn't an exaggeration in the slightest). I love every person I've been able to know in the most genuine form. I want to be like everybody no matter if it comes in pieces. Building myself is a reflection of my friends, family, pets, and that guy I passed earlier walking to starbucks.

If nothing else, this is my thank you. To everyone I know.

And so my digression begins...
